We are a small business located in Los Angeles, California :) Just a fangirl making merch for other fangirls/boys!
Everything is made to order, in house, by us! Because our items are made to order,
shipping will take between 1-3 weeks unless stated otherwise. 
All of our clothing items are made using a DTG machine so they will not peel off when washing!

FAQ

How long will shipping take?

-Orders are shipped within 1-3 weeks unless stated
otherwise. Domestic orders will deliver within 2-5 day's after shipping.
International orders will deliver within 2-6 weeks after shipping.

I've used the wrong shipping address for my order. Can I change it?

- If you have entered the wrong address, please email us
ASAP with your order number and full correct address. However, we cannot
guarantee address changes after your order is placed. If your order is sent back to us, we will contact you for reshipment. There will be a $4.90 charge for domestic reshipments and a $15 charge for international reshipment.

Can I cancel, return, or exchange my order?

-Due to our items being made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you would like to cancel your order, email us within 24 hours at help@sadstreet.com.

My tracking information has not moved in weeks. What should I do?

-If your order has been lost in transit please email me
by replying to your conformation email ASAP! Customers have up to 60
days from the ship date to request a refund or reship due to items being
lost in the mail
